Biographies
Kara C. Sax, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Precision Consulting is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the overall direction of business strategies of the organization. In 2006, Ms. Sax founded Precision Consulting, offering clients a unique combination of business development, foundation management, corporate branding, lifestyle management and event planning services.
Prior to Precision Consulting, she served in Lincoln Financial Group’s Professional Development Program where her field of experience ranged in the areas of marketing, sales, finance, strategy planning and project management. Ms. Sax also played an integral role at Abbott Laboratories, where she successfully developed a platform for best practices within the sales, market planning and research departments, resulting in a substantial increase in revenue and team productivity. Ms. Sax graduated from the prestigious Howard University, majoring in business marketing and finance and was given various awards including being named a University scholar. Ms. Sax has received certification in the following business development areas: Kepner Tregoe Project Management, CIDS Interviewing, Series 6 License, Emotional Intelligence, PDP Executive and Managing Generational Diversity. She has received several Excellence in Leadership Awards and continues to strive to become an agent of change in her community. She and is a proud and active member of several Chamber of Commerce, and is a board member of the Thomas McClary and Ghana mission foundation.

Sheila Tate, senior strategist and consultant at Precision Consultations is responsible for managing client projects and is heavily involved in lifestyle management services. She has 20 years of experience in the nonprofit business sector and possesses diversified experience in community development, advocacy, youth/adult employment development, program design and implementation, budget management, performance goal setting, and cultivating board and funder relationships at organizations whose annual budgets range from $100,000 to several million.
Prior to joining Precision Consulting, Ms. Tate was the executive director of the Unified New Cassel Community Revitalization Corporation. Ms. Tate also served as managing program director for Jobs for Youth, Inc., a Manhattan based youth and adult employment agency serving New York City.
Ms. Tate holds a certificate in not-for-profit management from Columbia University, Institute for Not-for-Profit Management and completed both the Housing and Urban Development and Community Housing Development Corporation training programs at Pratt University. Ms. Tate’s leadership skills awarded the organizations that she worked with the “1997 Award of Excellence,” presented by the NYC Department of Employment; the “1997 Promising and Effective Practices Network Award,” and the “1996 Community Service Award.” Her work also received three consecutive “Excellent” ratings on all New York City, government contracts.
Donna Jonas, media relations consultant is responsible for coordinating production schedules to ensure objectives are clearly defined; works closely with Precision Consulting staff, external customers and vendors in defining project priorities; and evaluates and approves all aspects of creative projects. She has extensive experience as a leadership project manager and special events coordinator for The Public Relations Society of America, the world’s leading public relations association, where she has managed board affairs and high-level committee projects. Ms. Jonas has also worked for The Children’s Television Workshop, WQXR Radio Station and LaSalle Grill, a five-star restaurant. She has written copy for feature articles for quarterly newsletters, marketing collateral, Web page content, press releases, promotional e-News articles, Playbill ads, television and radio. Her writing skills and creative collaboration with Creative Director Al Johnson can be seen in the upcoming broadcast promotional campaign, TV on the Move for A&E Television. Together with Mr. Johnson, she is currently writing the urban/sci-fi/action screenplay, The Diamond File.
Nicole R. Reitz, senior strategist at Precisions Consulting, is focused on designing tactical and strategic methodologies for projects and blending these platforms for a successful implementation. She is also responsible for global business planning and high-level strategic modeling. Nicole has extensive knowledge in these areas and has consulted for various non-profit organizations and major corporations including Pfizer, Ford Motor Company, and Lincoln Financial Group. She has also specialized in steamlining operational efficiency, distribution management, and driving sales.
Most recently, Nicole has worked in strategic sales consulting roles and as an investment services operational manager & consultant. She also has a wide-breadth of experience in event planning and has coordinated a plethera of events from national wealth symposiums to intimate private tours of sold-out exhibits.
Nicole holds a degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University, where she graduated with departmental honors and in the top 10% of her class. Nicole currently holds various financial designations, including her Series 6, 7, 66, and 24 and her Certified Financial Planner educational requirement. She is a past National Science Foundation scholar. Nicole was chosen as a Philadelphia Cares Social Change Leader in 2005 and currently sits on the executive board for several non-profit organizations in the Philadelphia area.
Elizabeth Arce-Ocampo, executive assistant handles a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. She is responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives, clients and vendors to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings. She also works closely with senior executives to coordinate and participate on discovery sessions with potential clients. She previously worked for Wachovia Bank where she handled all aspects of client transactions and audited consignment items. Prior to Wachovia, Ms. Arce-Ocampo was a teacher in the Orlando, Florida elementary school system where she taught literature, math, science, social studies, grammar and vocabulary to students in the first through fifth grades. She gradated Summa Cum Laude at both Seminole Community Collage and the University of Central Florida. She is the recipient of the following awards: Who's Who Among American High School Students, National Honors Society, Educators Honors Society (Kappa Delta Pi) and The National Library of Poetry. She also is a dedicated member of the Wachovia Volunteers where she devotes her time reading to elementary school children.
