Step 2. The Discovery Session —
Our consulting team will explore all facets of your existing organization or start-up concept. Through the
Discovery Session, we will uncover your needs, understand your vision and work with you to reach your goals.

Step 3. Precision Strategist Debrief —
This step is where our seasoned team of strategist debrief the clients discovery session call, outlining all of the areas that are important and relevant to the clients needs and developing a preliminary strategy plan.

Step 4. Initial Proposal —
Precision Consulting will submit an initial proposal to the client detailing the services, timetable, cost projections, expectations and next steps for review. Then the client check the boxes of the services they are interested in.

Step 5. Client Folder is created-
This includes a welcome package, formal contract, project management chart

Step 6. We go to work for you!!!
